Abstract[English]
The invention is directed to methods of monitoring potential indications of allogenic organ rejection by monitoring transplanted hair follicles from the same donor of the transplanted organ and administering or modifying immunosuppressive therapy to ameliorate or prevent the onset of acute or chronic organ rejection. Methods of the invention can also be used for selecting a candidate allogeneic solid organ donor for a recipient and for ameliorating the onset of an acute rejection of a transplanted allogeneic solid organ, like a kidney.[French]
