An intraurethral device comprising: a valve which is configured to be actuated between an open and a closed configuration by an external magnet; and a tube extending (31) from an outlet port of the valve, the tube (31) defining a passage for the flow of fluid, wherein at least a portion of the passage is an oval shape or an amygdaloid shape.[French]
