Provided herein are methods of treating primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) using an effective amount of a human neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) antagonist. FcRn antagonists for use in the treatment of pSS and for use in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of pSS are also provided herein.[French]
L'invention concerne des méthodes de traitement du syndrome de Sjögren primaire (pSS) à l'aide d'une quantité efficace d'un antagoniste du récepteur Fc néonatal humain (FcRn).
