Abstract[English] Provided herein are methods of treating postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) using an effective amount of a human neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) antagonist. FcRn antagonists for use in the treatment of POTS and for use in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of POTS are also provided herein.[French] L'invention concerne des méthodes de traitement du syndrome de tachycardie orthostatique posturale (STOP) à l'aide d'une quantité efficace d'un antagoniste du récepteur Fc néonatal humain (FcRn).
