A reduced capability device may be configured to determine presence or absence of an indication indicating, whether or not at least one cell access allowability indication for a cell is applicable to a reduced capability device; and to use at least the presence or absence of said indication, when the reduced capability device determines whether the cell is a barred cell for the device.[French]
