Abstract[English]
Novel ionizable lipid compounds, compositions comprising such ionizable lipid compounds, and related methods of their use are disclosed. Nanoparticle compositions include a novel lipid as well as additional lipids such as phospholipids, structural lipids, and PEG lipids. Nanoparticle compositions further including biologically active agents, such as siRNA or mRNA, are useful in the delivery of said biologically active agents to subjects in need thereof.[French]
L'invention concerne de nouveaux composés lipidiques ionisables, des compositions comprenant de tels composés lipidiques ionisables, et leurs procédés d'utilisation associés. Les compositions de nanoparticules comprennent un nouveau lipide, ainsi que des lipides supplémentaires tels que des phospholipides, des lipides structuraux, et des lipides PEG.
