Abstract[English]
An Individualized Signature Mapping (ISM) system objectively measures and assesses underlying musculoskeletal and/or neuromuscular parameters pertaining to impairments or conditions. The unique ISM signature obtained by the ISM system (100) provides an invaluable insight supporting critical decision making in the assessment, progression, and rehabilitation of the patient. The ISM system implements an artificial neural network to classify individuals as normal or impaired and generates recommendations to remediate the impairment that may be verified and further recommended by healthcare professionals.[French]
Selon l'invention, un système de cartographie à signature individualisée (Individualized Signature Mapping - ISM) mesure et évalue de manière objective des paramètres musculosquelettiques et/ou neuromusculaires sous-jacents se rapportant à des déficiences ou des états pathologiques. La signature d'ISM unique obtenue par le système d'ISM (100) fournit une compréhension précieuse prenant en charge une prise de décision critique lors de l'évaluation, la progression et la rééducation du patient. Le système d'ISM met en œuvre un réseau de neurones artificiels pour classifier des individus comme étant normaux ou déficients et génère des recommandations pour remédier à la déficience qui peuvent être vérifiées et recommandées en outre par des professionnels de soins de santé.
