Abstract[English] The present invention relates to a novel N-aryl lysine derivatives and isosteres as cardioprotective agents by inhibiting trimethyllysine hydroxylase (TMLH) activity, as well as methods of their manufacturing and use in different pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of various diseases and disorders by administration of such substances.[French] La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de N-aryl lysine et des isostères en tant qu'agents cardioprotecteurs par inhibition de l'activité de la triméthyllysine hydroxylase (TMLH), ainsi que leurs procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation dans différentes compositions pharmaceutiques pour le traitement de diverses maladies et divers troubles par administration de telles substances.
