Abstract[English]
The present disclosure generally relates to the field of pharmaceutical sciences. In particular, the disclosure relates to the compositions and kits comprising silybin (or) curcumin and biguanides or their salts. The composition further comprises therapeutically important molecules such as mangiferin and resveratrol; and oils such as lemon grass oil, and bakuchi oil and hydrogel-base-excipients mixture. The present disclosure further relates to the process for preparing said compositions and method of application in the management and treatment of skin disorders (Atopic Dermatitis, Acne, Eczema) and psoriasis.[French]
La présente invention concerne de manière générale le domaine des sciences pharmaceutiques. En particulier, l'invention concerne les compositions et les kits contenant de la silybine (ou) de la curcumine et des biguanides ou leurs sels. La composition comprend en outre des molécules thérapeutiquement importantes telles que la mangiférine et le resvératrol ; et des huiles telles que l'huile citronnelle et un mélange d'huile de bakuchi et d'excipients à base d'hydrogel. La présente invention concerne également le procédé de préparation desdites compositions et un procédé d'application dans la gestion et le traitement de troubles cutanés (dermatite atopique, acné, eczéma) et du psoriasis.
