Abstract[English] The invention shows and describes an apparatus which benefits from both vibratory and spinning motions to increase the rate of grinding and mixing. All the parts are matched to each other so that when the ball hits the tank, the tank has the maximum rotational speed that results in maximum rotational energy transfer between tank and ball.
