Abstract[English] The present disclosure relates to a novel transition metal compound, a transition metal catalyst composition for preparing an olefin polymer containing the same, and a method for preparing an olefin polymer using the same. The transition metal compound according to an exemplary embodiment may have a significantly improved solubility in a hydrocarbon-based solvent by introducing a carbazole functional group, such that the catalytic activity may be maintained without deterioration during solution polymerization. In addition, transfer, injection, and the like of the catalyst may be easy and more environmentally friendly, such that an olefin polymer may be efficiently prepared.[French] La présente divulgation concerne un nouveau composé de métal de transition, une composition catalytique de métal de transition pour préparer un polymère d'oléfine le contenant, et un procédé de préparation d'un polymère d'oléfine l'utilisant. Le composé de métal de transition selon un mode de réalisation donné à titre d'exemple peut avoir une solubilité significativement améliorée dans un solvant à base d'hydrocarbure par introduction d'un groupe fonctionnel carbazole, de telle sorte que l'activité catalytique peut être maintenue sans détérioration pendant la polymérisation en solution.
