The present invention relates to the field of microbiology and personalized medicine and discloses a method for producing a novel personalized autoprobiotic formulation based on indigenous microbiota of a subject, characterized with high safety and efficacy, and personalized according to health state of the subject. The invention further relates to methods for improving the health of the subject using microorganisms indigenous to the subject's gut microbiome.[French]
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la microbiologie et de la médecine personnalisée et concerne un procédé de production d'une nouvelle formulation autoprobiotique personnalisée sur la base d'un microbiote indigène d'un sujet, caractérisé par une sécurité et une efficacité élevées, et personnalisé en fonction de l'état de santé du sujet.
