The seed-delivery device includes a seed meter (128) having a metering unit configured to receive seeds (106), a seed conveyor and orientation assembly (200) coupled to the seed meter (128) and having a conveyor belt (201) that receives the singulated seeds (106), an impeller that moves the singulated seeds (106) through the conveyor belt (201), a seed orientation apparatus configured to orient the singulated seed (106) in a predetermined orientation, and a seed exit path configured to deposit the singulated and oriented seed (106) into a seed trench (104).[French]
