Abstract[English]
Disclosed are recombinant antigen-binding proteins that specifically bind human CD307e, and in particular domain 9 of huCD307e, including anti-CD307e antibodies, including antibody fragments such as single-chain fragments, and chimeric receptors including the antibodies, such as chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) or synthetic immune receptors (SIRs). Also disclosed are isolated nucleic acids encoding the antigen-binding proteins, expression vectors comprising them, and host cells, in culture, and genetically engineered cells expressing the antigen-binding proteins and/or the CARs or SIRs, and use of the antigen-binding proteins and cells in methods of treatment and other medical uses, such as, but not limited to, adoptive cell therapy, and diagnostic and prognostic assays.[French]
