Abstract[English]
An electronic device and method for real-time verification of Caller IDs for live-human and robot call filtering is provided. A first electronic device receives an incoming first call from a second electronic device associated with a Caller identification (ID). The first electronic device transmits a verification text message to the second electronic device using the Caller ID, while the first call is still incoming. The first electronic device receives a response to the verification text message and compares the received response with a pre-defined response. If the response is correct and received within a predefined time, the first electronic device allows the call to connect. If a correct response is received beyond the predefined time, the Caller ID is added to a whitelist so that a next call from the same Caller ID is received automatically. In such case, the current first call is redirected to a voicemail system.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif électronique et un procédé de vérification en temps réel d'identifications (ID) d'appelant pour un filtrage d'appel d'humain en direct et de robot. Un premier dispositif électronique reçoit un premier appel entrant en provenance d'un second dispositif électronique associé à une identification (ID) d'appelant. Le premier dispositif électronique transmet un message de texte de vérification au second dispositif électronique à l'aide de l'ID d'appelant, tandis que le premier appel est toujours en entrée.
Le premier dispositif électronique reçoit une réponse au message de texte de vérification et compare la réponse reçue à une réponse prédéfinie. Si la réponse est correcte et reçue dans un temps prédéfini, le premier dispositif électronique permet à l'appel de se connecter. Si une réponse correcte est reçue au-delà du temps prédéfini, l'ID d'appelant est ajouté à une liste blanche de telle sorte qu'un appel suivant provenant du même ID d'appelant soit reçu automatiquement. Dans ce cas, le premier appel actuel est redirigé vers un système de messagerie vocale.
