Abstract[English]
An orally disintegrating pharmaceutical tablet comprising: between 0.1 and 21 wt% of cariprazine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, between 0.1 and 15 wt% of a disintegrant, between 0.1 and 5 wt% of colloidal silicon dioxide, between 0.1 and 10 wt% of a taste masking agent, between 0.1 and 5 wt% of a lubricant, and up to 100 wt% of a diluent, the percentage being expressed with regard to the total weight of the pharmaceutical tablet. Said composition for use in the treatment and/or prevention of pathological conditions which require the modulation of dopamine receptors, selected from the group of psychoses, drug abuse, cognitive impairment accompanying schizophrenia, mild-to-moderate cognitive deficits, dementia, psychotic states associated with dementia, eating disorders, attention deficit disorders, hyperactivity disorders in children, psychotic depression, bipolar disorder, paranoid and delusional disorders, dyskinetic disorders, anxiety, sexual dysfunction, sleep disorders, emesis, aggression and autism.[French]
Comprimé pharmaceutique à désintégration orale comprenant : entre 0,1 et 21 % en poids de cariprazine ou de ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, entre 0,1 et 15 % en poids d'un délitant, entre 0,1 et 5 % en poids de dioxyde de silicium colloïdal, entre 0,1 et 10 % en poids d'un agent de masquage de goût, entre 0,1 et 5 % en poids d'un lubrifiant et jusqu'à 100 % en poids d'un diluant, le pourcentage étant exprimé par rapport au poids total du comprimé pharmaceutique. Ladite composition étant destinée à être utilisée dans le traitement et/ou la prévention d'états pathologiques qui nécessitent la modulation des récepteurs de la dopamine, choisis dans le groupe des psychoses, de l'abus de drogues, de la déficience cognitive accompagnant la schizophrénie, des déficits cognitifs légers à modérés, de la démence, des états psychotiques associés à la démence, des troubles de l'alimentation, des troubles déficitaires de l'attention, des troubles de l'hyperactivité chez les enfants, de la dépression psychotique, du trouble bipolaire, des troubles paranoïaques et délirants, des troubles dyskinétiques, de l'anxiété, de la dysfonction sexuelle, des troubles du sommeil, des vomissements, de l'agression et de l'autisme.
