Abstract[English] The present invention relates to combinations of the P13K class I inhibitor and a selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERB) that provide synergistic effects in treating cancer. The present invention provides in particular that a combination of a P13K class la selective inhibitor such as 5-(7-methanesulfonyl-2-morpholin-4-yl- 6,7-dihydro-5H- pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-pyrimidin-2-il-amine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and the selective estrogen receptor degrader Elacestrant acts synergistically to treat breast cancer resistant to traditional treatment.[French] La présente invention concerne des combinaisons de l’inhibiteur de P13K de classe I et d’un agent de dégradation de récepteur des oestrogènes sélectif (SERB) qui produisent des effets synergiques dans le traitement du cancer. La présente invention concerne en particulier une combinaison d’un inhibiteur sélectif de P13K de classe Ia tel que la 5-(7-méthanesulfonyl-2-morpholin-4-yl-6,7-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-d] pyrimidin-4-yl)-pyrimidin-2-il-amine ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de celle-ci, et l’agent de dégradation de récepteur des oestrogènes sélectif élacestrant qui agit de façon synergique pour traiter un cancer du sein résistant au traitement conventionnel.
