Abstract[English]
Compositions comprising 0.1-50 % delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol and/or cannabidiol in forms suitable for continuous delivery and use thereof in the treatment of a variety of diseases and pathological disorders are disclosed. In preferred embodiments, the compositions are in a form suitable for delivery via a portable infusion pump or transdermal patch. The disorders to be treated include pain, cancer, seizure disorders, and Parkinson's disease. Depending on the disorder to be treated, the compositions may optionally further comprise additional active agents such as dopaminergic agents.[French]
L'invention concerne des compositions comprenant de 0,1 à 50 % de delta-9-tétrahydrocannabinol et/ou de cannabidiol dans des formes appropriées pour une administration continue et leur utilisation dans le traitement de diverses maladies et de divers troubles pathologiques. Dans des modes de réalisation préférés, les compositions se présentent sous une forme appropriée pour une administration par l'intermédiaire d'une pompe à perfusion portable ou d'un timbre transdermique. Les troubles à traiter comprennent la douleur, le cancer, les troubles épileptiques et la maladie de Parkinson. En fonction du trouble à traiter, les compositions peuvent éventuellement également comprendre des agents actifs supplémentaires tels que des agents dopaminergiques.
