Abstract[English] The present invention relates to a method of analysis for estimation of relative potency of antibody of interest using beta-hexosaminidase degranulation in human cell line. The present invention relates to characterization of functional assay of anti-lgE antibody with beta-hexosaminidase. Every area of the biomedical science is in need of a system to assay chemical and biochemical reactions and determine the presence and quantity of a particular analyte. Numerous methodologies have been developed over the years to meet the demands of these fields. In general, limitations exist in the areas of specificity and sensitivity of most assay system.[French] La présente invention concerne un procédé d'analyse pour l'estimation de la puissance relative d'un anticorps d'intérêt à l'aide d'une dégranulation de β-hexosaminidase dans une lignée cellulaire humaine.
