The aspect of the present invention is relates to a plant-only seafood flavoring replacement system. More particularly, the said replacement system comprises one or more plant-only ingredient. In an embodiment the said ingredients are selected from the group consisting of Plant-only starch source (s), Algae source (s), Ginger, Unripe ned legume source(s), and Aquatic plant source(s), In addition the said replacement system is improving the taste of various seafood dishes, such as sauces, dressings, seasonings, seafood salads, snacks, and appetizers, by adding delicious and savory flavors.[French]
L'aspect de la présente invention concerne un système de remplacement de saveur de fruits de mer entièrement végétal. Plus particulièrement, ledit système de remplacement comprend un ou plusieurs ingrédients entièrement végétaux. Dans un mode de réalisation, lesdits ingrédients sont choisis dans le groupe constitué de sources d'amidon entièrement végétales, de sources d'algues, de gingembre, de sources de légumineuses non mûres, et de sources végétales aquatiques. En outre, ledit système de remplacement améliore le goût de divers plats à base de fruits de mer, tels que des sauces, des vinaigrettes, des assaisonnements, des salades de fruits de mer, des en-cas et des hors-d'oeuvre, en ajoutant des saveurs délicieuses et savoureuses.
