Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to pure salts of amphetamine prodrug, in particular, L-lysine-d- amphetamine (known as lisdexamfetamine) and industrial advantageous process for preparation thereof. The present invention relates to the crystalline salts of lisdexamfetamine selected from crystalline lisdexamphetamine dibesylate, crystalline hydrogen sulfate (Form-1 and Form-2). Further, the present invention relates to the preparation of crystalline salts of lisdexamfetamine and wherein salts are selected from dibesylate, hydrogen sulfate and difumarate.[French]
La présente invention concerne des sels purs de promédicament d'amphétamine, en particulier, la L-lysine-d-amphétamine (connue sous le nom de lisdexamfétamine) et un procédé industriel avantageux pour leur préparation.
