Abstract[English]
In this invention, a dual purpose house is designed which is located on the ground But it has the potential to float when there is a danger (danger of flooding or rising sea water). This ability has brought about the complexity of the structure. During several years of research, I have designed the structure in such a way that it can be 100% like normal buildings but retain the potential to float.These houses actually have vertical movements during floods in the direction of 4 or 6 marine piles that are built around them. Floating is done by the basic force of water, and the return of houses to their previous position is done by the force of earth's gravity. La présente invention porte sur la conception d'une maison à double usage, qui est située sur le sol mais qui a la capacité de flotter en cas de danger (risque d'inondation ou d'élévation du niveau d'eau de mer). Cette capacité a entraîné une complexité dans la structure. La structure a été conçue après plusieurs années de recherche, de manière à ce qu'elle soit entièrement semblable aux bâtiments classiques, tout en conservant la capacité de flotter. Ces maisons présentent en réalité des mouvements verticaux lors des inondations, dans la direction de 4 ou 6 pieux marins construits autour d'elles.
