Abstract[English]
The production process of illuminant or fluorescence stones, which can be used in all kind of stones. This product is a suitable alternative for modern stones with a uniform shape. in this process, tiles or stone slabs are cut to size (for example, 60 x 60) and with thicknesses higher than 4 cm by slab or peak saw machines. Artificial resin is placed on the resin part for strength and insulation, so that it can be attached to the desired tile or slab at ambient temperature away from sunlight (just to prevent the yellowing of the epoxy). after strengthening, the stone is cut by a thin saw machine on a horizontal layer with a thickness between 5 and 7 mm (depending on the type of stone and its light transmission) above the glued part and then it is placed inside the Saab machine to be sanded and polished.
