the process for preparing an injectable herbal ointment for the treatment of subclinical mastitis, comprising: Combining 300 mg of ethanolic extract of spirulina algae (Platensis Spirulina) and 90 mg of ethanolic extract of mangrove leaves (Avicennia marina) in each 10 ml tube of the ointment and adding 10 ml of sanitary liquid paraffin as a carrier. the extraction process is carried out using the ethanol method with a 10% mass-volume immersion technique. the extracts are sterilized using a 0.22-micron microbial filter. The ointment is supplied as an intramammary ointment for the treatment of subclinical mastitis.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un onguent à base d'herbes injectable pour le traitement de la mammite sous-clinique, comprenant : la combinaison de 300 mg d'extrait éthanolique d'algue spiruline (Platensis Spirulina) et de 90 mg d'extrait éthanolique de feuilles de palétuvier (Avicennia marina) dans chaque tube de 10 ml de l'onguent et l'ajout de 10 ml de paraffine liquide sanitaire en tant que véhicule. Le procédé d'extraction est mis en œuvre à l'aide du procédé à l'éthanol avec une technique d'immersion à 10 % en volume en masse. Les extraits sont stérilisés à l'aide d'un filtre antimicrobien de 0,22 micron. L'onguent est fourni sous la forme d'un onguent intramammaire pour le traitement de la mammite sous-clinique.
