Abstract[English]
The current invention, related to a gas burner, is energy-saving and environment friendly. The flame has a path in which it runs inside the burner, the end of the flame path is connected to the exhaust tube that is directed to outside of the appliance. That tube can be connected to an external tube to outside of the building. The tube are surrounded by a heat insulating material, the burner is carried on weighing cells to weigh the food, infrared sensors to measure the vessel temperature and detect the heating failure, boiling, drying and fizzing of the food. The burner power is controlled by proportional valve. The system is controlled by an electronic circuit that can be programed, it is connected with LCD and a speaker.[French]
La présente invention, associée à un brûleur à gaz, est économe en énergie et respectueuse de l'environnement. La flamme a un trajet dans lequel elle s'étend à l'intérieur du brûleur, l'extrémité du trajet de flamme est reliée au tube d'échappement qui est dirigé vers l'extérieur de l'appareil. Ce tube peut être relié à un tube externe à l'extérieur du bâtiment. Le tube est entouré d'un matériau d'isolation thermique, le brûleur est porté sur des cellules de pesage pour peser les aliments, des capteurs infrarouges pour mesurer la température du récipient et détecter la défaillance de chauffage, l'ébullition, le séchage et le crépitement de l'aliment. La puissance du brûleur est commandée par une soupape proportionnelle. Le système est commandé par un circuit électronique qui peut être programmé, il est connecté à un LCD et à un haut-parleur.
