Abstract[English]
The invention relates to equipment for rescuing drowning people in open waters and can be used both in work of professional rescuers and for the rescuing of a drowning person by somebody without any special rescue skills, and can also be used as a preventive measure to ensure the safety of people while bathing and swimming in open water. A flotation device comprising: a hull (1) in the form of a buoyancy chamber (1.1), wherein the front end of the hull (1) is equipped with a means (7) for securing a cord, and a cutout (5) is made at the rear end of the hull (1). The hull (1) can be made composite, consisting of the first part (17) of the hull and the second part (18) of the hull, arranged in series along the longitudinal axis of the hull (1) and connected to each other by connecting elements (19) to form of connection that provides possibility of mutual rotation of the first part (17) of the hull relative to the second part (18) of the hull in a vertical plane. The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the efficiency of saving drowning people in open water and reduce mortality during rescuing.[French]
L'invention concerne un équipement de sauvetage de personnes se noyant en eaux libres et peut être utilisé a la fois dans le travail de secouristes professionnels et pour le sauvetage d'une personne se noyant par quelqu'un n'ayant pas de compétences de sauvetage spéciales, et peut également être utilisé en tant que mesure préventive pour assurer la sécurité de personnes se baignant et nageant en eau libre. Un dispositif de flottaison comprend : une coque (1) sous la forme d'une chambre de flottabilité (1.1), l'extrémité avant de la coque (1) étant équipée d'un moyen (7) pour fixer un cordon, et une découpe (5) étant réalisée à l'extrémité arrière de la coque (1). La coque (1) peut être composite, constituée de la première partie (17) de la coque et de la seconde partie (18) de la coque, agencées en série le long de l'axe longitudinal de la coque (1) et reliées l'une à l'autre par des éléments de liaison (19) pour former une liaison qui offre la possibilité d'une rotation mutuelle de la première partie (17) de la coque par rapport à la seconde partie (18) de la coque dans un plan vertical.
