Abstract[English]
A computer system for processing undelivered returned products comprising a memory storing instructions for executing steps. The steps including receiving pallet information identifying a pallet as containing one or more undelivered returned products, creating at least one internal purchase order for the one or more undelivered returned products contained in the pallet and updating a product tracking database based on the at least one internal purchase order. A notice may be provided to a worker that an undelivered returned product has been returned and the return may be due to a customer cancelling an order. Further, based on receiving information from a worker that an undelivered returned product contains a defect, error information may be transmitted. Finally, based on receiving information that an undelivered returned product has moved to a stow zone, product availability information may be updated on a database.[French]
L'invention concerne un système informatique pour traiter des produits renvoyés non livrés comprenant une mémoire stockant des instructions pour exécuter des étapes. Les étapes consistent à recevoir des informations de palette identifiant une palette comme contenant un ou plusieurs produits renvoyés non livrés, à créer au moins un bon de commande interne pour le ou les produits renvoyés non livrés contenus dans la palette et à mettre à jour une base de données de suivi de produit sur la base du ou des bons de commande internes.
