Abstract[English]
The present disclosure is concerned with a method of gluing a first metal part to another part, including the steps of (a) providing a first metal part such as a steel part, and another part such as a second metal part, (b) treating a surface portion of the first metal part intended for being glued to the other part with laser pulses so that a surface layer of the first metal part across the surface portion is removed, preferably by ablation, (c) while applying laser pulses to the surface portion of the first metal part also applying a pressurized air or gas stream to the surface portion, (d) applying an adhesive to at least the surface portion of the first metal part and/or to a surface of the other part, and (e) gluing the first metal part and the other part together.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un procédé de collage d’une première pièce métallique à une autre pièce, consistant (a) à fournir une première pièce métallique telle qu’une pièce en acier, et une autre pièce, telle qu’une seconde pièce métallique, (b) à traiter une partie de surface de la première pièce métallique destinée à être collée à l’autre pièce grâce à des impulsions laser de façon à enlever une couche superficielle de la première pièce métallique sur la partie de surface, de préférence par ablation, (c) pendant l’application des impulsions laser sur la partie de surface de la première pièce métallique, à appliquer également à la partie de surface un courant sous pression d’air ou de gaz, (d) à appliquer un adhésif à au moins la partie de surface de la première pièce métallique et/ou à une surface de l’autre pièce, et (e) à coller l’une à l’autre la première pièce métallique à l’autre pièce.
