Abstract[English]
The present disclosure is directed to antigen-binding molecules that specifically bind peptide fragments of tumor antigens, wherein the peptide fragment is capable of being presented by more than one type of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecule. In some aspects, the tumor antigen is a WT1 polypeptide. Other aspects are directed to antibodies, multispecific antibodies, and chimeric antigen receptors, and nucleotides encoding the same. Other aspects are directed to methods of administering the same to a subject in need thereof.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne des molécules de liaison à l'antigène qui se lient de manière spécifique à des fragments peptidiques d'antigènes tumoraux, le fragment peptidique pouvant être présenté par plus d'un type de molécule de complexe majeur d'histocompatibilité (CMH) de classe II. Dans certains aspects, l'antigène tumoral est un polypeptide WT1. D'autres aspects concernent des anticorps, des anticorps multispécifiques, des récepteurs antigéniques chimériques et des nucléotides codant pour ceux-ci.
