Abstract[English] The present invention relates to improved methods for characterising diffusion of compounds through the skin using open flow micro-perfusion (OFM) in conjunction with Diffusion Cell apparatus, particularly static Franz Diffusion cell (FDC). The methods are in vitro methods using ex vivo skin explants.[French] La présente invention concerne des méthodes améliorées pour caractériser la diffusion transcutanée de composés à l'aide d'une microperfusion à flux ouvert (OFM) conjointement avec un appareil de type cellule de diffusion, en particulier une cellule de Franz statique (FDC).
