Abstract[English]
The smart line is equipped with a data and information sender and receiver system, and the smart lines communicate with each other through a central system. The patented system informs the driver about the recent events a few kilometers ahead, allowing proper reaction with no hiccups, by selecting the proper motion line for the drivers, enabling them to move past the accidents as fast as feasible. To preserve human life and prevent traffic jams and slowdowns, a uniform, synchronized, and unified communication system stretching between the smart lines and the signal control processing system allows the driver to receive all the information they need in the form of change in the color of the lines and complementary information on their vehicle screen, enabling them to make the right choices regarding the traffic through eye contact, and sufficient awareness.[French]
Selon l'invention, la ligne intelligente est équipée d'un système émetteur et récepteur de données et d'informations et les lignes intelligentes communiquent entre elles par l'intermédiaire d'un système central. Le système breveté informe le conducteur des événements récents quelques kilomètres plus loin, permettant une réaction appropriée sans à-coup, par sélection de la voie de mouvement appropriée pour les conducteurs, ce qui leur permet de dépasser les accidents le plus rapidement possible. Pour préserver les vies humaines et empêcher les embouteillages et les ralentissements, un système de communication uniforme, synchronisé et unifié s'étendant entre les lignes intelligentes et le système de traitement de commande de signal permet au conducteur de recevoir toutes les informations dont il a besoin sous la forme d'un changement de couleur des lignes et d'informations complémentaires sur l'écran de son véhicule, ce qui lui permet de faire les bons choix concernant la circulation par contact visuel et une prise de conscience suffisante.
