Abstract[English]
The present invention discloses an ultraviolet sterilizer for sewer ventilation pipes. The sterilizer comprises a length of pipe; a sterilizer having a plurality of ultraviolet light sources facing towards said length of pipe; a heat sink attached to each said ultraviolet light source to dissipate heat generated from said ultraviolet light sources; and a power source connected to said plurality of ultraviolet light sources; wherein said pipe has an ultraviolet reflective inner surface for reflecting ultraviolet light emitted from said ultraviolet light sources. In a preferred embodiment, an offset is provided between opposite light sources to increase efficiency of the sterilizer.[French]
La présente invention concerne un stérilisateur à ultraviolets pour tuyaux de ventilation d'égout. Le stérilisateur comprend une longueur de tuyau ; un stérilisateur ayant une pluralité de sources de lumière ultraviolette faisant face à ladite longueur de tuyau ; un dissipateur thermique fixé à chacune desdites sources de lumière ultraviolette pour dissiper la chaleur générée à partir desdites sources de lumière ultraviolette ; et une source d'alimentation connectée à ladite pluralité de sources de lumière ultraviolette ; ledit tuyau ayant une surface interne réfléchissante aux ultraviolets pour réfléchir la lumière ultraviolette émise par lesdites sources de lumière ultraviolette. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, un décalage est prévu entre des sources de lumière opposées pour augmenter l'efficacité du stérilisateur.
