Abstract[English]
A jet milling apparatus comprises a milling chamber having one inlet for a product to be milled and outlets for a milled end product having physical properties with respective values falling inside respective ranges, nozzles for issuing respective jets of a milling fluid having predetermined operative parameters into said milling chamber for intercepting the product to be milled and forming a fluidized material inside for drying, selecting, milling, sterilizing, clustering the product, electromagnetic field emitters designed to generate an electromagnetic field with predetermined frequencies and to orient it inside said milling chamber, monitoring devices placed at the outlets for controlling in real time the physical properties of the milled end product before exit and designed to drive the nozzles and the electromagnetic field emitters to vary and adjust the operative parameters of the jets of the milling fluid and the frequency of the electromagnetic field.[French]
Un appareil de broyage à jet comprend une chambre de broyage ayant une entrée pour un produit à broyer et des sorties pour un produit final broyé ayant des propriétés physiques dont les valeurs respectives se situent dans des plages respectives, des buses pour distribuer des jets respectifs d'un fluide de broyage ayant des paramètres fonctionnels prédéterminés dans ladite chambre de broyage pour intercepter le produit à broyer et former un matériau fluidisé à l'intérieur pour sécher, sélectionner, broyer, stériliser, agglomérer le produit, des émetteurs de champ électromagnétique conçus pour générer un champ électromagnétique avec des fréquences prédéterminées et pour l'orienter à l'intérieur de ladite chambre de broyage, des dispositifs de surveillance placés au niveau des sorties pour commander en temps réel les propriétés physiques du produit final broyé avant la sortie et conçus pour amener les buses et les émetteurs de champ électromagnétique à faire varier et ajuster les paramètres fonctionnels des jets du fluide de broyage et la fréquence du champ électromagnétique.
