Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides a vacuum pump assembly 2 comprising a vacuum pump 4, a water cooling system 10 for cooling the vacuum pump 4, a sensor arrangement 50 for detecting a water leak from the water cooling system 10, and a controller 20 in communication with the sensor arrangement 50. The controller 20 is configured to output a control signal in response to the sensor arrangement 50 detecting the water leak. The sensor arrangement allows for water from a leak to be detected sooner, and the control signal enables preventative action to be taken to prevent or minimise any damage from the water leak.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un ensemble pompe à vide (2) comprenant une pompe à vide (4), un système de refroidissement d'eau (10) pour refroidir la pompe à vide (4), un agencement de capteur (50) pour détecter une fuite d'eau à partir du système de refroidissement d'eau (10) et un dispositif de commande (20) en communication avec l'agencement de capteur (50). Le dispositif de commande (20) est configuré pour délivrer en sortie un signal de commande en réponse à la détection par l'agencement de capteur (50) de la fuite d'eau.
