Abstract[English]
Provided is a method for producing an oil comprising feeding an olefin-based resin in a pyrolysis reactor, converting the olefin-based resin into oil, and recovering the produced oil wherein the olefin-based resin is a low molecular weight (LMW) olefin-based resin. The LMW olefin-based resin comprises a molecular weight of less than 50,000 g/mol, preferably less than 40,000 g/mol measured according to ISO 16014-4. In certain embodiments, the method further comprises the steps of feeding a higher molecular weight (HMW) olefin-based resin into an extruder, cracking the HMW olefin-based resin to produce a LMW olefin-based resin. Also provided are an oil produced according to the method and a use of the oil for as a feedstock for production of olefin-based resins.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une huile comprenant l'introduction d'une résine à base d'oléfine dans un réacteur de pyrolyse, la conversion de la résine à base d'oléfine en huile, et la récupération de l'huile produite, la résine à base d'oléfine étant une résine à base d'oléfine de faible poids moléculaire (LMW). La résine à base d'oléfine LMW a un poids moléculaire inférieur à 50 000 g/mol, de préférence inférieur à 40 000 g/mol mesuré selon la norme ISO 16014-4. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le procédé comprend en outre les étapes consistant à introduire une résine à base d'oléfine de poids moléculaire supérieur (HMW) dans une extrudeuse, à craquer la résine à base d'oléfine HMW pour produire une résine à base d'oléfine LMW. L'invention concerne également une huile produite selon le procédé et une utilisation de l'huile pour une charge d'alimentation pour la production de résines à base d'oléfine.
