Abstract[English]
A medical implant device for Anastomosis of both Aorta Proximal and Distal ends is presented. The device is designed to facilitate the connection between the Aorta and the device, with both ends of the device being one size smaller than the Aorta size. The device features grooves and protrusions located about 8mm from both ends, which are specifically designed to aid in the application of suture loops to tighten the Aorta and block blood flow between the device and the Aorta, respectively. The design of the device aims to simplify the Anastomosis procedure, reducing the time and skill required for the surgeon to perform the procedure, while also improving the overall safety and efficacy of the Anastomosis.[French]
Un dispositif d'implant médical pour l'anastomose des extrémités proximale et distale de l'aorte est présenté ici. Le dispositif est conçu pour faciliter la liaison entre l'aorte et le dispositif, les deux extrémités du dispositif étant d'une taille inférieure à la taille de l'aorte. Le dispositif comporte des rainures et des saillies situées à environ 8 mm des deux extrémités, qui sont conçues spécifiquement pour faciliter l'application de boucles de suture pour serrer l'aorte et bloquer l'écoulement sanguin entre le dispositif et l'aorte, respectivement. La conception du dispositif vise à simplifier la procédure d'anastomose, à réduire le temps et l'habileté requis pour que le chirurgien effectue la procédure, tout en améliorant également la sécurité et l'efficacité globales de l'anastomose.
