Abstract[English]
The present application concerns degrons, compositions, and chimeric molecules comprising the degrons, especially fusion proteins of a degron and a binding moiety, and methods of using such degrons and chimeric molecules, especially for treating diseases caused by protein accumulation and/or aggregation, especially neurodegenerative or neuromuscular diseases like ALS or Huntington's disease. The binding moiety is preferably antibody, in particular an scFv fragment specific for different targets. The degrons and chimeric molecules provided herein effectively target proteins and/or aggregates, like TDP-43 or huntingtin, for degradation. In the application, specific degrons were fused to scFv targeting human TDP-43 and human huntingtin (HTT).[French]
