Abstract[English]
The present invention provides the method for the separation of at least more than two Low molecular weight (LMWs) impurities present in the protein mixture comprising fusion protein CTL4-IgG1 by using Capillary Electrophoresis-Sodium dodecyl sulfate (CE-SDS) wherein the loading amount of protein mixture is more than 270 µg. The invention further provides a ratio of protein to sodium dodecyl sulfate is 2.7:1 or higher.[French]
