Abstract[English]
An aspect of the present invention relates to an archiving method for archiving in a storage, in particular in a cold storage, at least one sample tube containing a biological sample using at least one tube rack, the method comprising the following steps: receiving, by a computing system, a request for archiving the at least one sample tube, placing the at least one sample tube in at least one receptacle of the at least one tube rack to receive the at least one sample tube, recording and/or updating, in a memory unit of the computing system, sample-tube-storage-data including sample tube data and/or tube rack data and/or storage data, storing the at least one tube rack in the storage. Further aspects relate to a retrieving method and a tube rack.[French]
Un aspect de la présente invention concerne un procédé d'archivage permettant un archivage dans une installation de stockage, en particulier dans une installation de stockage à froid, d'au moins un tube à échantillons contenant un échantillon biologique à l'aide d'au moins un support pour tubes, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : la réception, par un système informatique, d'une demande d'archivage du tube ou des tubes à échantillons ; le placement du tube ou des tubes à échantillons dans au moins un réceptacle du support ou des supports pour tubes afin de recevoir le tube ou les tubes à échantillons ; l'enregistrement et/ou la mise à jour, dans une unité mémoire du système informatique, des données de stockage du tube à échantillons comprenant des données du tube à échantillons et/ou des données du support pour tubes et/ou des données de stockage ; le stockage du support ou des supports pour tubes dans l'unité de stockage.
