Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides a mucosal suction patch comprising at least one bulb containing a drug; the at least one bulb having an elasticity such that, upon applying mechanical pressure on a pressure applying surface of the patch, the at least one bulb is deformed, and when the mechanical pressure is released while the patch sealing surface is on a subject mucosa, the at least one bulb at least partially regains its expanded state, which in turn deforms the mucosa, which reversibly fills up at least part of the at least one bulb cavity, causing the drug to migrate in the mucosa. It also provides uses of the patch for the transmucosal delivery of a drug in a subject. This patch enables a non-invasive, non-parenteral systemic administration of drugs, particularly macromolecular drugs.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un timbre d'aspiration muqueuse comprenant au moins une ampoule contenant un médicament; ladite ampoule présentant une élasticité telle que, lors de l'application d'une pression mécanique sur une surface d'application de pression du timbre, ladite ampoule est déformée, et lorsque la pression mécanique est relâchée tandis que la surface d'étanchéité de timbre se trouve sur une muqueuse d'un sujet, ladite ampoule reprend au moins partiellement son état expansé, qui à son tour déforme la muqueuse, laquelle remplit de manière réversible au moins une partie de la ou des cavités d'ampoule, amenant le médicament à migrer dans la muqueuse. L'invention concerne également des utilisations du timbre dans l'administration transmuqueuse d'un médicament à un sujet. Ce timbre permet une administration systémique non-invasive et non parentérale de médicaments, en particulier de médicaments macromoléculaires.
