Abstract[English]
A device, a system and a method for cardiac valve repair are disclosed. The device includes at least two separate anchors, each of which has a stretched configuration for interventional delivery and a released configuration in which the anchor is deformed in the human body, the anchor is configured as an elongated strip in the stretched configuration and having opposite ends which, in the released configuration, are respectively deformed to form heads which are opposite to each other and tend to be close to each other, so as to clamp a physiological tissue between the two heads; and a pulling wire connected between two of the anchors, the pulling wire being capable of changing and keeping a distance between the anchors in the released configuration.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif, un système et un procédé de réparation de valvule cardiaque. Le dispositif comprend au moins deux ancrages séparés, chacun ayant une configuration étirée pour une intervention de pose et une configuration relâchée dans laquelle l'ancrage est déformé dans le corps humain, l'ancrage étant conçu comme une bande allongée dans la configuration étirée et ayant des extrémités opposées qui, dans la configuration relâchée, sont respectivement déformées pour former des têtes qui sont opposées l'une à l'autre et tendent à être proches l'une de l'autre, de manière à serrer un tissu physiologique entre elles ; et un fil de traction reliant deux des ancrages, le fil de traction permettant de modifier et de maintenir une distance entre les ancrages dans la configuration relâchée.
