Abstract[English]
A method for providing negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) and phototherapy to a wound includes providing NPWT by drawing a negative pressure at the wound using a pump. The method also includes providing phototherapy by operating a light source to provide light having a specific wavelength to the wound. Drawing the negative pressure at the wound for NPWT changes a surface topology of the wound to expose different surfaces of the wound to the light for phototherapy.[French]
L'invention concerne une méthode permettant de fournir un traitement des plaies par pression négative (TPN) et une luminothérapie, notamment en fournissant un TPN par l'application d'une pression négative sur la plaie à l'aide d'une pompe. La méthode comprend également la fourniture d'une luminothérapie par l'application d'une source de lumière pour produire une lumière présentant une longueur d'onde précise sur la plaie. L'application d'une pression négative sur la plaie pour le TPN permet de modifier la topologie de la surface de la plaie afin d'exposer différentes surfaces de la plaie à la lumière pour la luminothérapie.
