Abstract[English]
An automatic swimming pool cleaner (ARC) (10) for swimming pools (40) and spas may be used to monitor and/or determine a waterline level (44) of the swimming pool or spa. Optionally, the determined waterline level may be provided on a user interface of an external device such as but not limited to a control box or a user device. An alert may be provided to a pool owner or other user based on the waterline level relative to a threshold waterline level. Optionally, at least one piece of equipment associated with the swimming pool or spa may be controlled based on the determined waterline level.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage d'une piscine automatique (ARC) (10) pour des piscines (40) et des spas qui peut être utilisé pour surveiller et/ou déterminer un niveau de flottaison (44) de la piscine ou du spa. Éventuellement, le niveau de ligne de flottaison déterminé peut être fourni sur une interface utilisateur d'un dispositif externe tel que, mais sans y être limité, une boîte de commande ou un dispositif utilisateur. Une alerte peut être fournie à un propriétaire de piscine ou à un autre utilisateur sur la base du niveau de la ligne de flottaison par rapport à un niveau de ligne de flottaison seuil.
