Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a method of preparing a solution in a container for activating platelets and/or extracting growth factors from the platelets in the container for use in regenerative medicine treatment, said method including adding a first anti-coagulant being a sodium citrate solution and adding a preparation of recombinant collagen and adding a second anti-coagulant; and adding a Sodium Chloride solution. The invention further relates to a method of activating platelets and/or extracting growth factors from the platelets in blood, wherein the method includes introducing a container having the solution of the first aspect of the invention and adding blood to the container and then centrifuging the container and lastly extracting the processed or part of the processed blood.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une solution dans un récipient pour activer des plaquettes et/ou extraire des facteurs de croissance des plaquettes dans le récipient destiné à être utilisé dans un traitement de médecine régénérative, ledit procédé comprenant l'ajout d'un premier anticoagulant qui est une solution de citrate de sodium et l'ajout d'une préparation de collagène recombinant et l'ajout d'un second anticoagulant ; et l'ajout d'une solution de chlorure de sodium. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'activation des plaquettes et/ou d'extraction des facteurs de croissance des plaquettes dans le sang, le procédé comprenant l'introduction d'un récipient contenant la solution du premier aspect de l'invention et l'ajout de sang dans le récipient, puis la centrifugation du récipient et enfin l'extraction du sang traité ou d'une partie du sang traité.
