Abstract[English]
An automatic swimming pool cleaner (APC) for swimming pools and spas may skim a waterline of a swimming pool or spa while the APC is on a surface of the swimming pool or spa. The APC may include two inlets - a first inlet may receive or collect water during a surface-cleaning operation of the APC, and a second inlet may receive or collect water during a skimming operation of the APC. Optionally, at least one of the two inlets is adjustable between an open configuration and a closed configuration.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage automatique de piscine (APC) pour piscines et spas qui peut écumer une ligne de flottaison d'une piscine ou d'un spa pendant que l'APC se trouve sur une surface de la piscine ou du spa. L'APC peut comprendre deux entrées, une première entrée peut recevoir ou collecter de l'eau pendant une opération de nettoyage de surface de l'APC, et une seconde entrée peut recevoir ou collecter de l'eau pendant une opération d'écumage de l'APC. Éventuellement, au moins l'une des deux entrées est réglable entre une configuration ouverte et une configuration fermée.
