Abstract[English]
A stand for supporting a bicycle in a wheel-over-wheel upright parked position includes a bracket having a front end for attachment to a seat support member of the bicycle and a rear end extending rearward of the front end; and first and second legs each having a proximal end pivotably connected to the bracket, and a distal end spaced apart from the proximal end. The stand is movable between a collapsed configuration, in which the first and second legs are pivoted about respective pivot axes to a closed position, with the distal ends drawn together and directed rearward of the proximal ends, and a parking configuration, in which the first and second legs are pivoted about the respective pivot axes to an open position, with the proximal ends positioned above the distal ends, and the distal ends spaced laterally apart from each other to engage a ground surface behind a rear wheel of the bicycle.[French]
