Abstract[English]
Skin sanitizing compositions that have high antibacterial efficacy while offering the advantages of being non-irritating to the skin, improving the cutaneous hydration rate, protecting against water loss (TEWL), and decreasing the sensitivity of sensitive skin. Compositions comprise at least 50% by weight ethanol, one or more polyols, one or more panthenols and one or skin conditioning agents, in particular niacinamide. Methods of sanitizing or moisturizing skin, treating and/ or preventing dry skin or decreasing the sensitivity of sensitive skin comprise applying the skin sanitizing composition.[French]
La présente invention divulgue des compositions de désinfection pour la peau qui ont une efficacité antibactérienne élevée tout en offrant les avantages d'être non irritantes pour la peau, d'améliorer le taux d'hydratation cutanée, de protéger contre la perte d'eau transépidermique (TEWL), et de diminuer la sensibilité des peaux sensibles. Les compositions comprennent au moins 50% en poids d’éthanol, un ou plusieurs polyols, un ou plusieurs panthénols et un ou plusierus agents de conditionnement de la peau, notamment la niacinamide.
