Abstract[English]
Methods and systems for spectral comparison and quality assessment are disclosed. In one example, a method for assessing quality of a mass spectrum (MS) of a sample is provided. The method comprises: predefining one or more features or attributes indicative of the sample quality with reference to a target compound; and calculating a quality score for the MS with respect to the selected features or attributes.[French]
Des procédés et des systèmes pour une comparaison spectrale et une évaluation de qualité sont divulgués. Dans un exemple, l'invention fournit un procédé d'évaluation de la qualité d'un spectre de masse (MS) d'un échantillon. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : prédéfinir une ou plusieurs caractéristiques ou attributs indiquant la qualité d'échantillon par rapport à un composé cible ; et calculer un score de qualité pour le MS par rapport aux caractéristiques ou attributs sélectionnés.
