An automated production line for the production of ophthalmic lenses comprises: - a production line front end (1) comprising: - a first injection-molding machine (10) and a second injection-molding machine (12) - a casting module (14) comprising - a filling station (144) and a capping station (145); - a stacking module (15) and a curing module (16); - a destacking module (17) and a demolding and delensing module - a production line back end (2) comprising: - a treatment module (20), - an inspection module (21), wherein the production line has the easy adaptability of curing times and temperatures, and in the capability of using different treatment liquids and treatment times in the extraction module to achieve the product flexibility.[French]
Une chaîne de production automatisée destinée à la production de lentilles ophtalmiques comprend : - une extrémité avant de ligne de production (1) comprenant : - une première machine de moulage par injection (10) et une seconde machine de moulage par injection (12) - un module de coulée (14) comprenant - un poste de remplissage (144) et un poste de capuchonnage (145) ; - un module d'empilement (15) et un module de durcissement (16) ; - un module de désempilage (17) et un module de démoulage et de démoulage de lentilles - une extrémité arrière de ligne de production (2) comprenant : - un module de traitement (20), - un module d'inspection (21), la chaîne de production présentant une adaptabilité facile des temps et températures de durcissement, et la capacité d'utiliser différents liquides de traitement et temps de traitement dans le module d'extraction afin d'obtenir la flexibilité du produit.
