Abstract[English]
Methods and systems for identifying analytes in a sample using mass spectrometry are provided. A method for identifying analytes in mass spectrometry data comprises: introducing a sample to a mass spectrometer; analyzing the sample with the mass spectrometer in a plurality of cycles; generating, for each cycle, a mass spectrum comprising at least one peak; annotating peaks in the mass spectrum based on their relationships; assigning best ion types to each peak; processing each cycle of the mass spectrum to assign a score to each of the at least one peak thereof with respect to the likely neutral mass related to the peak; grouping peaks that share a common neutral mass; and outputting the analyte neutral mass.[French]
L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes d'identification d'analytes dans un échantillon à l'aide d'une spectrométrie de masse. Un procédé d'identification d'analytes dans des données de spectrométrie de masse consiste à : introduire un échantillon dans un spectromètre de masse ; analyser l'échantillon avec le spectromètre de masse dans une pluralité de cycles ; générer, pour chaque cycle, un spectre de masse comprenant au moins un pic ; annoter des pics dans le spectre de masse sur la base de leurs relations ; attribuer les meilleurs types d'ions à chaque pic ; traiter chaque cycle du spectre de masse pour attribuer un score à chacun de l'au moins un pic de celui-ci par rapport à la masse neutre probable liée au pic ; grouper des pics qui partagent une masse neutre commune ; et délivrer en sortie la masse neutre d'analyte.
